Processing & dispatch
Once your payment is confirmed, we begin processing your order for packing and dispatch.
We ship from Jaipur, Rajasthan (India). Processing includes picking, quality checks, packing, and preparing the shipment label.

Order cut-offs
Orders placed after the daily cut-off may begin processing the next business day. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Tip: For urgent orders, contact us right after placing your order so we can confirm the best possible dispatch option.
Shipping rates
Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Within India: Rates depend on weight/volume, PIN code, and service level (standard/express where available).
- International: Rates depend on destination country, package weight/volume, and courier availability.
- Bulk/wholesale: For high-volume shipments, we may use surface/air cargo options to optimize cost.
Tracking & address changes
- Tracking: Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details by email/WhatsApp/SMS (depending on your order details).
- Address change requests: If the order is not yet dispatched, we’ll do our best to update the address. After dispatch, changes depend on the courier and may not be possible.
- Undeliverable packages: If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, unreachable phone number, or repeated delivery attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
Customs & duties (international)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
- These charges are assessed by your local customs authority and are typically collected from the receiver.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes and is returned or destroyed, we may not be able to issue a full refund.
Issues, damage & claims
- Missing/incorrect items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer packaging and the items received.
- Damaged packages: If the parcel looks tampered/damaged at delivery, please take photos and (where possible) ask the courier to note it at delivery.
- Lost in transit: If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, contact us and we’ll open a courier investigation.
We’ll always try to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Resolution depends on courier investigation outcomes and available evidence.
